New! Italian Sandwich: Thinly shaved Sopressata, salame, and ham served with Provolone cheese, red onion, and sundried tomato and olive tapenade on a Ciabatta bun.
Smoked Turkey Sandwich: Smoked turkey, baby Swiss cheese, fresh greens on focaccia, with basil-pesto mayo.
Roast Beef and Havarti Sandwich: Roast beef, Havarti cheese, arugula, red onion on ciabatta , with horseradish.
Greek Pita Sandwich (V): Avocado, feta cheese, cucumber, cabbage, bell pepper and arugula in a wheat pita with feta dill sauce.
Chicken Salad Lettuce Wrap: Chicken salad with red grapes and toasted walnuts, wrapped in fresh lettuce.
Goat Cheese, Chicken Breast and Almond Salad: Fresh greens topped with grilled chicken breast, almonds and goat cheese, with vinaigrette dressing.
Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad: Fresh greens topped with chicken breast, bacon, egg, and tomato. Served with bleu cheese dressing.
Asian Salad with Peanut Sauce (V): Fresh greens and cabbage with red pepper, carrots, cucumber, celery and green onions. Served with wonton strips and a peanut vinaigrette dressing.

All picnic dinners are served cold and include calico bean salad, diced fruit and a brownie.

NEW! Charcuterie Picnic Basket $77 serves 4: Charcuterie snack basket includes an assortment of thinly shaved Prosciutto, Sopressata and Salame, Asiago, Fontina, and aged cheddar cheeses accompanied by assorted artisanal crackers, mixed marinated olives, mixed roasted nuts, local honey, and stone-ground mustard, with double-chocolate brownies for dessert.
Classic Picnic Basket $77.00 serves 4: Sandwiches (turkey and avocado with bacon on ciabatta) accompanied by crudités and hummus, calico bean salad, fruit salad and double-chocolate brownies.
Party Picnic Basket $77.00 serves 4 | $138.00 serves 6-8: Sliced premium roast beef, and chicken salad with grapes and walnuts. Fruit salad, seasonal greens and calico bean salad and an assortment of cheeses, freshly baked baguettes and pesto aioli, plus double-chocolate brownies for dessert.

Picnic baskets include disposable plates and utensils, and are packed in an APT tote bag. (V) denotes a vegetarian option.

All picnic dinners are made fresh daily, delivered to APT and chilled until your arrival. Picnics may be picked up at the concessions stand in the picnic area starting two hours before the performance or following the matinee. Available only when there are performances in the Hill Theatre. Unfortunately we cannot make any substitutions.
